Hi, this is a full sleeve bodycon sheath with pencil skirt. While it does not have a tag with the material listed, I do believe it is cotton and spandex. The Pretty Garden website post is included now in the pictures.
I included measurements and a sizing chart in the listing. It is really a beautiful dress. can be for casual or dressed up.
