This button up blouse is by Fred David Petite. Size PM. Made up of a blend of polyester and cotton this blouse is so cool and comfortable. I am so sad it no longer fits me. The sleeves have a button up accent that you can let it down if you prefer for a regular short sleeve length. Button up the front with unique double button segments. Gently worn.
