Black with a gray blue flower floral print. Adjustable straps crossover bodice with a snap to leave snapped or unsnapped. Excellent condition. Measurements are 15 inches chest, 12 inch waist unstretched. Length of just the dress from the top of the straps to the bottom hem 32 inches. The straps are adjustable so I didn’t include them. The romper from top of dress to bottom of shorts is 25 inches. The rise of the short From the bottom of short to the top of the waist Is 13 inches.
