Navy blue sheer overlay dress with embroidered accents on neck and bodice. Size Small from IZ Byer Keyhole opening with 2 rounded ball buttons at back of neck. Bust is 17.5" laid flat at undearm. Hip area 19" laid flat on outer layer. Length from top of shoulder to hem is 33" 100% polyester semi sheer outer layer with knit lining. Excellent preloved condition!
