VINTAGE James Avery 14k gold ID bracelet

This is a very rare vintage James Avery bracelet! It’s all 14k gold. Chain is in wonderful condition. Clasp works perfectly. The ID plate is scuffed up and with scratches but whomever you get to engrave it can polish it up to new! Does not have engaraving. This dainty bracelet is 6 inches long. Small wrist or child?
