Vintage U.S. Army Nat'l Guard Infantry Shirt Jacket

Got it from my uncle back years ago. He was in the Army; the Nat'l Guard & infantry in the Desert Storm n Gulf Wars. The shirt was issued to him when he first enlisted. late 70s early '80s. There are no flaws or imperfections to be seen, no stains or buttons missing. Also has a pin on the right breast pocket with an eagle n lettering I can't make out. N a patch of a red arrow/cross.
