So pretty! What is the waist size lying flat, for the 3X?

@heylady00 ok the seam under the breast of the shirt measures at 23.5 inches lying flat unstretched. the bottom seam of the shirt measures at 38 inches unstretched and yes the fabric does have a good bit of stretch to it . I hope this helps ❤ Happy Poshing
