Petites by R&K brand (although does not fit like a petite).. Adorable 50s style dress from the 80s, with a striped t-shirt top and A-line skirt with stripe details at hem. Has an elastic stretch waist and comes with a matching belt. Fits like a Small/Medium with a knee-length skirt. Scoop neck and short sleeves. 100% polyester (assuming, no content tag). *Approximate Flat Measurements* - bust: 16.5" + stretch - waist: 12.5" + stretch - hip: free - across shoulders: 14.5" - sleeve length: 7" - center back to hem: 41.5"
