Ivory colored maxi dress with a white under layer skirt from waist to almost hem. A deep v neck with a small piece attached between for more coverage. Thick shoulder band, sleeveless, and long. Elastic scrunch waist band that allows extra stretch and room for all sizes and even those bloating days! ;) Lightweight, pretty, and suitable for all occasions. Brand new dress, never worn, with original tags. Measurements are roughly: Bust- 36 in. Top of shoulders across- 32in. Waist- 28 in—with elastic band fully stretched: 44in. Hips- 44in. Length- 50 in. Under layer begins at waist band and nearly reaches the hem; length- 23 1/2 in. Made in China. 100% cotton.
