*EDUCATIONAL POSTING—Do NOT PURCHASE* Friends, it’s truly unfathomable—& honestly quite disheartening—the level of outright deceit—along with misrepresentation out of ignorance—that’s occurring today, more than ever, in the resale boot industry. We’ve tried to not just sit idly by, & have created prior educational postings but, unfortunately, it’s just continuing to worsen. So we thought it time to revisit the matter—this time focusing on one of the current worst offenders: Lucchese sellers. It’s no exaggeration that at least 50%—as a conservative estimate—of the boot listings we see—on any given platform—has some significant error—either intentionally misleading or erroneously mislabeled & misrepresented in some way. Examples include: wrong gender category, incorrect size, width errors or omissions, condition/defect/damage misrepresentation &/or omissions, mislabeled brands, copies of boots, pricing errors, mismatched boots—either sizing or a new one we’re seeing: completely two different model number boots being sold as a matching set…& the list goes on! We’ve included some of these erroneous listings & issues in the images above—which should clearly speak for themselves—in our further efforts to educate the consumer.
