Maeve (Anthropologie) sz 2 Blue and White Dress

This dress is knee length with a blue and white abstract pattern. It has style features that are reminiscent of the 40s. Ruching on the sleeves, a key hole back and a higher waistline. There is an extra button still attached to the tags in the skirt of the dress.
