is too light to be a coat but this is a gorgeous piece, I had it for years but I wore it 2 times im letting go of it and hoping it finds a lovely home marked as XS but im a S and fits just fine is not a vintage piece but is perfect for the look specially if you like 60s mod styles measures shoulders 15in length 34.5 in the mannequin measures are chest 36 hips 37 waist 27 this mannequin Is a little crooked so makes clothes look a little funny
