Hello! What are the max bust and waist measurements? Length and do the buttons function?

@thistlethreads Hey! All the buttons are functional. Measurements are laying flat. Chest 15 inches and on the back it has elastic to help stretch a little. I added an up close photo of the back of the dress.
Waist is 14 inches also with the elastic. Length from armpit is 35 inches.
