Smocked Prairie Blouse in Pearl Grey

SOLD Square-neck prairie blouse features a tie front detail and puff sleeves that can be worn on- or off-shoulder. It's made with lightweight crepe fabric that has a subtle pebbled texture. Color is Pearl Grey I purchased this top at the Wilfred Boutique in Toronto The fabric is super stretchy, and fits like a true small. There’s also a slight discoloration on the right pit that isn’t noticeable when it’s on. As seen in last pic
