They almost look Dutch or something. 14 1/2β elastic waistband lying flat and without being stretched. Stretches out to 19β. They are cuffed and the cuff is tacked. Inseam almost 2 1/2β. Rise is 15β from top of waistband to seam at crotch. Fully lined. Just too pretty.
