In addition to the instrumentals- the album also features bars from: Black Thought(The Roots), Blu(Blu & Exile), Raekwon(Wu Tang), Havoc(Mobb Deep), Lil Fame(MOP). J$P was overseen by Maureen Yancey (aka Ma Dukes) along with the musical supervision of Dilla’s only real musical idol, Pete Rock.
