Vintage Becky white lace top vest pockets collar M

Vintage sleeveless lace top with pockets on the front and lace flowers all around the bottom. Think this is probably 1960s. It's missing buttons, as there are buttonholes, but it could be worn as a vest. Buttonholes aren't really noticeable since it's openwork lace anyway. It's in good vintage condition. There is a stain on the inside of the button placket, but it doesn’t show when worn. 17” pit to pit approx, guessing it fits medium
