lotusshop247@glittergals hi! There is no difference besides the insole design and the smiley they add to the side. The quality, craftsmanship and comfort is identical in teens and women’s. I’d suggest she goes with the 39EU. In this model it can select 8 or 8.5 and you would receive the 39EU
