@luxxeposh I measured the size small I have left, here are the measurements - Bust: 31.5"-34.5 / Waist: 26.5-27
The smocked bodice stretches up to 4" comfortably, so I think you should be ok with the small. Thanks!

I would purchase this but would need a small or medium which looks like you don’t have in stock. Keep me in mind if you have similar ones different patterns or if you get more in stock. I saw the white one with floral but I don’t like the way I look in white.
