Hillary Duff Lace Leggings

Y2K early 2000s vintage originally for girls i cut the elastic so i could fit into them longer Hillary Duff Stuff brand i believe this originally came with a demin skirt. sooooo y2k xD when these came out leggings were worn only under skirts haha black soft full length leggings with lace on the ends. i used to fold them on my thighs and wear them higher and they actually stay pretty well not too tight but definitely not loose they fit perfectly i just never wear them havent since 2000s goth, gothic, edgy, Mary Kate and Ashley
