You know I am not a troll because you have purchased shoes from me. My Husband is Puerto Rican and so are my kids… was it that offensive for me as a non Spanish speaker to want to support him. I am literally in tears.

Start by opening a case in your purchase, PM will tell you to expect an email. In your reply, include order screenshots, pics of what you received and explain that what you received is not what the seller said it was and that you want a full refund.
