Very cool accessory that gives a retro 60's look to ordinary tops. Very Twiggy in the 60's. Yellow top shown below collar is for display purposes only and is not included. This fits close to the neck so you will need an equally small-necked top to go under it. Very easy to wear with a simple hook fastening. 100% leather outer, 100% Polyester inner.
