style_high_club @elvagarcia101 it’s literally new with tags. I unzipped it and zipped it when I sent it. I have no idea why that would be happening.. sometimes zippers get sticky. You just need to maybe get like a candle and wax it up. It will work that way. When I shipped it, it was flawless and new

style_high_club @elvagarcia101 well I unzipped it and zipped it before I sent it and it worked just fine. Get a tea candle a white tea candle and go up and down the zipper. It will create a waxy substance and it will unzip that way when I sent it, it was perfectly functional

elvagarcia101 @style_high_club I will take it to a seamstress I guess and find out what it going on w it. I’m at work rt now. It I can get the zipper resolved I promise I will change your rating. I have to work now but will be in touch. So far the zipper is still stuck. Hopefully the seamstress will know what to do. I mean it’s a basic zipper. How hard can it be?! Will keep you updated and will gladly change rating if I can get it to work or get it replaced. Ok

style_high_club @elvagarcia101 OK sounds good. Honestly, I think your best bet and I’ve had this happen before it sometimes the zipper just gets stuck. You know what I’m talking about right??those little white tea candles?? it is everybody’s trick on wallets on zippers. You just go up and down the top a little bit it creates a lubrication for the zipper to work. I would do that before I bother with the seamstress

Option 2 will be a seamstress and take a loss of whatever cost it is I guess. I promise to keep you updated. I’m at work now. Will try tonight. Yes the dress was delivered weeks ago. I just tried wearing it today for work because I know I’m a solid size 10. I’ll be back tonight.

style_high_club @elvagarcia101 oh yeah, it’s a great hack. Sometimes zippers just get stuck. You use the Tea light on the actual zipper part and it completely loosens it. I give you about a 95% probability on that working.

I have crotchet lessons tonight but I put crotch lessons all throughout my calendar 🥴Lol Anyhow, I’ll give it a go tonight and change rating accordingly. elvagarcia101 @style_high_club I just saw my seamstress during my break. She’s familiar w this brand and said the zipper was pulled up to hard so that’s why it’s stuck. Shes going to keep trying however, if she can’t fix it she will replace the zipper and the total will be $20. I’m happy w this outcome as I believe you did not purposely deceive me. I’ll change your rating now and I can’t wait to wear it!!! A little bump in the road that’s all. I look forward to doing buisness with you again.
