Pink tie-waist cocktail dress in size small. The outer layer is chiffon and the under layer is a jersey fabric (95% rayon, 5% spandex). Lightweight and perfect for Spring/Summer weddings or other events. No stains or damage, no pets or smoking in house. Purchased new from Express and worn only once.
