Beautiful tiered, ruffled, wrinkle skirt by Avant Garde in the 1990s! Features a satin feel, shine, and a delicate amount of sequins. Labelled size M, but the adjustable tie at the waist gives flexibility from a 14" to 20" waist. Can be worn as a maxi skirt, low-waisted.
100% polyester. Measurements: 14” to 20” waist, 31“ length.
