Hi, is this Women's or Juniors size top? May I have the measurements please: Bust, Shoulder Width, Length of top from shoulder to hem. Please advise, Kind Regards

Hi, thanks for checking out my closet. The bustline front or pit to pit measurement is 21 inches across the front, but it's just above the bust because it turns into a ruffle that flares out at the bustline. The shoulder across measures 20" and the top to hem length is 24 inches long.
