Lovely indigo blue dress with a keyhole bust (button is functional) and trumpet style skirt. Has half sleeves, a pleated or ruched waist, and zips up the back. Fabric is slightly stretchy and form fitting. No maker tag so I marked it as ModCloth due to style and because they carry various brands aside from their in-house. Marked a size L.
