These are vintage urban outfitters denim cut offs. Great condition. I am a 27, and these are pretty loose. The tag says 31 x 32 but I purchased them in the 27/28 section with the UO tag saying 27. They fit me but quite loose (how I personally like my denim shorts). Wore them with bodysuits. They are longer in the back than the front. Pockets can be seen when worn. The waist measures a 31” like the tag reads.
