jerseyglam @joeanne2003 For a size 4 I would recommend a medium. I'm sorry but I had a mistake in my inventory and currently don't have this in a medium. The way this is cut thought with the open back that has elastic I think a small would still fit you. A small length in front is approx. 32" shoulder to hem at the shortest part in the front and shoulder to hem in the back the longest part approx. 48". I hope this helps!
