These shoes are new, they do not come with the box. There is some red marker inside on the fur from where the tag was marked. There are a couple faint marks internally on the plastic on one size 3, they are not very noticeable. **The red on the tag is marked by the UGG retailer to prevent store returns. All my items are 100% authentic purchased directly from the retailer. I check my purchases carefully and note any issues.
