Hat fleece thick W/8 pointed stars/tribal design ties vtg S/M

It’s a little too small for my head which is about 22 inches, but I wouldn’t call it small enough for a child. No stretch, it’s very good vintage condition. No labels. Beautiful magenta/raspberry color
