Skirt is in beautiful condition I don’t see any flaws no sign of pet or smoke measurements are taken while the skirt is laying flat across the waist measures 12 inches stretch a slightly to 12.5 inches hips measure approximately 14.5 inches and slightly stretch to 15 inches skirt is 16.5 inches long the split up the back measures 2.5 inches from the bottom
