Armpit to armpit measurement is 19" across.
Measurement from top of neckline to bottom is about 20".
fastened by a button in the back. Very comfortable and light, perfect for Summer!
Tried on but it didn't fit never washed.

@mack1962 The measurement from the top of the neckline to bottom is about 20". From the top of shoulder to top of the lace detailing is about 16".
