Akira Black and White Halter High Low Dress

This black and white garden inspired dress could be worn as a costume. The skirt is consturcted of hard tulle and netting fabric, it keeps its structured shape. The top of the dresse's material is made of a soft cotton polyster blend. There is a small stain on the back lower right side if the skirt. A bottom missing button on the halter neck.
