I bought this thinking it was for adults but it is a range of kids clothes produced by Witchery up to 2018. Cute sequins and diamante studs in stars and arrow shapes. It's a lovely navy blue. I think this could be worn as either a jumper or a dress, and would likely fit a petite adult too.
