Tommy Bahama sleeveless dress-worn a couple of times. Bought for pictures by the ocean due to its lovely blue color! Pretty embroidery detail, cross over back with a triangular cutout right above empire waist.
Note: Empire waist style(dress waist is above true waist)

@heavenlap I have added the manufacturer’s sizing chart as well as dress style info to the post. It was hard to determine lay flat measurements to the crisscross back & fabric stretch. Thanks for the interest.
