Vintage school uniform tartan skort, excellent condition with no flaws.
Two buttons on the outside (middle one is fake) and one button on the inside waistband to do it up.
Definitely an extra small / 23-24” waist, and this fabric has no stretch. If you can’t tell from the pic I was squeeeezed in there.
