jerseyglam@klegat Hi! Laid out flat measured one way across the small bust is approx. 14 1/2". The waist just a little under the bust where the elastic band is - is approx. 13" un-stretched. It stretches to approx. 15 1/2" easily without being too stretched. The length shoulder to hem is approx.47 1/4" I hope this helps!
