This is absolutely chic and gorgeous, Retrolicious brand, black with white polka dots dress. Has a tie bow on the shoulder. Super soft, feels like wearing a cloud and has an amazing fall. Scrunched waist and fits oh so perfectly well! Cap sleeves. You can flaunt this as an all time anytime wear. Must have! Size M. Got this as a gift from the US. Unused but with no tags. Sad to part with this but I have gone down two sizes thinner than this dress.
