Silver filigree bracelet-vintage

Found this LEY 900 marked bracelet in my vintage jewelry drawer, I have no memory of where purchased. 900 silver is real silver with a relatively high purity. It means the item is 90% silver and 10% alloy. Most US coins minted before 1965 were this percentage as well as items from Latin America as well as China and Germany. 925 has now become the accepted standard. Ley in Spanish means law.
