This dress was long and I had it shortened. I’m 5’4, but this would fit anyone 5’4 or under perfectly, depending on how short you’re okay with. Also I’m an A cup and it doesn’t look that great on me. This would fit someone with a larger bust very well; that’s mainly why I’m selling it.
This could be a perfect birthday dress that’s revealing and super cute with pop of color heels!

@nicole64752 I just measured it from shoulder to hem it’s 29”. I’m 5’4 and it’s very short on me but since you’re 5’1 it should be a little less short.
