This is an amazing detailed floral motif micro mosaic gold tone pin brooch. It is oval in shape and measures 2.0 inches across. The tiny pieces of micro mosaic are so beautifully put together and the design is very detailed. There is a tiny metal tarnish on one side of the brooch that comes with its age, otherwise in excellent vintage condition.

I believe the term is "millefiore", but you explained it in English so perfectly. I never knew exactly how to describe what millefiore was. I made several attempts but never felt happy with my choices. Thank you for the great description.
