Vintage 13k White Gold Sapphire & Pearl Pin / Brooch

This vintage pin is made of 13 karat white gold with the letters "WG" stamped on the back. It contains 3 cultured pearls & 4 square step-cut sapphires on bezel settings with a milgrain design. On the back is a yellow gold pin mechanism that is stamped "K10" and seems to have been added later as a repair.
