Cleo Black Pencil Skirt

This is a very easy & comfortable to wear pencil style skirt - looks great with boots or pumps! The waist is ~27" (it does sit just below the waist, more on the hips and it is ~25" long with a double slit in the back and a side zipper (~7.5" long).
