@lysawilson Of course, the dress definitely has some stretch to it. Comfortably stretched the waist is 14 inches and could possibly even go a bit more. It is beautiful, I just can’t fit in it any longer. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I did add a photo so that you can see.😊💕
