Mannequin is a true size 4 and this doesn’t quite zip on mannequin, so this does run small, possible closer to a 2. Tag is faded and difficult to read for material. Also listed as a size small, again please see measurements! Condition is preowned great! No stains or rips. There is a little loose threading (no hole/tear) on left waist. Also belt loop is broken on this side. These are shown in image 2 sets of self tie strings underneath skirt to create optional drape as shown in image. The place where those strings are sewn are very slightly visible on the outside of skirt, as shown. Can also be worn without ties as long skirt.
