whatagetup is there anywhere on the box or stamped on the sole or shaft of the boot the EU size and or width for these beauties? some US size 8 translate to EU37, 38 or 39. and in reference to width, I am looking for 8B, 8M, 8A, 8N, 8W, 8C,... thanks so much!
