theretrohippie @seabythesea Unfortunately there is no fabric tag, but the waist measures 14.5” flat, and the skirt measures 24” from waist to hemline. I’m not sure what the material is but it’s nice quality and it has some stretch. Size for by Premise Studio. I also have a black Vince Camuto pencil shirt, it’s not listed yet but it measures 15” across the waste and 26.5”’s from waist to hemline. Size small…they are both nice quality, my girlfriend donated them to me. She’s wears the good stuff 😉

seabythesea @theretrohippie thank you so much for the info, it looks great on you. It looks kind of black in the photo, is it just a super dark navy? Am searching for a nice navy blue pencil skirt, so hard to know when you can’t try on but the measurements help. Thanks again. 😊
