This is a completely unique Vintage 1970's maxi skirt. It is in a bold black and white color block design with a bright psychedelic botanical floral pattern. It is embellished with shimmering clear iridescent sequins on the white banded areas. It is made of a nice medium-weight pique cotton fabric. It features a high flat, fitted waist with a back nylon zipper and 2 hook & eye closures.
