Strapless, but has optional clear straps. It is adjustable with the corset on the back of the dress.

josiefawn@mkb222 Yes, but only to add clear, removable straps and to do a loose reversible hem at the bottom, since it was about 2 inches too long for me. If you’re 5’5” to 5’7” it should measure perfectly.
